A floor, not a catalogue
Bidding Floor sells what other businesses are finished with: retired fleet, rotated equipment, closed kitchens, refreshed IT, settled estates and delinquent storage. Six categories, three yards, closes every weekday evening.
We are not a gallery and we do not pretend the objects are precious. What we are is fast, specific about condition, and public about results — including the ones that did not work.

Four things we hold ourselves to
Describe the damage
The photograph is taken from the angle that shows the fault, not the angle that hides it. A buyer who finds a surprise on collection tells forty people.
Publish the failures
Our results page includes the lots that passed under reserve and the ones that were relisted. A sell-through figure with the misses removed is not a figure.
The clock is the product
Soft close on every lot, no exceptions, no cap on extensions. A lot closes when the bidding stops, not when the schedule says.
No fake urgency
Countdowns on this site count real time to a real close. Nothing resets to make a lot look hotter than it is.
Who you deal with
The people on the floor
Dana Okafor
Principal auctioneer
Fifteen years on Chicago liquidation floors, the last six running staggered online closes. Sets the increment policy and refuses more reserves than she accepts.
Marcus Whitfield
Yard and intake manager
Runs the three yards and every intake that passes through them. If a lot says "runs and drives", Marcus or one of his people drove it.
These are illustrative profiles for a demonstration site. No real person is depicted or named.

Licensing and compliance
Bidding Floor Auctions LLC operates under IL Auctioneer Licence 441.0000000 (demo). Storage lien sales are conducted under the Illinois Self-Service Storage Facility Act with the statutory notice trail documented for the facility. Vehicle title work, including branded titles, is handled in-house by our clerk.
This is a demonstration site. The company, the licence number, the lots, the bidders and every result on it are fictional, and no real transaction can be conducted here.
