Fleet & Equipment Liquidation
Fleet rotation, contractor downsizing, bank recovery and municipal surplus. We take the vehicles and the machines together, because the buyer who wants your service body usually also wants your skid steer, and splitting them across two houses costs you both.

What the engagement covers
- On-site intake: VIN capture, hour meters and odometers read and photographed, plate and serial verification
- Title work handled in-house, including branded titles and lost-title applications
- Cold-start video on every vehicle that starts, and an honest note on every one that does not
- Undercarriage and wear photography on tracked machines
- Staggered evening closes with soft close armed, so contested lots run out properly
Not included
Where it stops
- We will not describe a machine as "runs and drives" unless somebody on our staff drove it
- We do not detail, repair or make-ready. Cleaning a machine to sell it costs more than it adds
- Salvage and rebuilt titles are stated on the lot page and priced accordingly. We will not quietly omit a brand
This column exists because a seller who finds out about a limit at the loadout has been badly served. Everything we will not do is on the page before you sign anything.
Sequence
How it runs
01
Walk-through
We come to the yard and count what is actually there, which is rarely what the spreadsheet says.
02
Intake
Two to three days of photography, meter reads and grading. Titles go to our clerk the same week.
03
Sale
Seven to ten days open, closing in the evening in lot-number order with soft close on every lot.
04
Loadout
Buyers collect from Cicero or South Loop within seven days. We handle the ones who turn up unprepared.
